500 is a fresh young spinach
1 connection dill
6 tablespoons of oil
2 garlic cloves
Yoghurt

Method of preparation:

We heat the oil in a pan, put the garlic in it and simmer it for about 5 minutes in very low heat. Then remove it and put the clean, washed and basically dried spinach in the oil, on which we have removed the handles. Allow it to simmer over low heat. Season with salt and finely chopped dill.
Once the spinach has cooled, divide it into separate portions and serve with yogurt.
