Spinach and tomato salad in Spanish
200, fresh spinach
Medium onion head
1 larger garlic clove
3 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
2 spoons finely chopped parsley
Cut the finely chopped onions, chop the garlic, and cut the washed tomatoes into thicker wheels. We prepare the onion, garlic, oil, vinegar and spices and pour the tomatoes.
Finally, we clean, wash and dry the spinach well. Put it in the salad before serving.
Sprinkle with parsley on top.
