Delicious jam rolls - great!
About the dough
- 1 / 2 from a large cake of yeast for bread
- 150 g of sugar
- 100 ml of fresh milk
- 100 g oil
- 2 soup spoon puff or margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 kg of flour
- 1 batching machine
For filling jam - not too rare to not spill or lump, optional walnut kernels
- 2 yolk top dressing and crystalline sugar for sprinkling
From the products, a soft dough is mixed and left to rise, then divided into 8 balls, each rolled into a circle and cut into the 8 triangle. At the base of each triangle is placed 1 Tea Tree. marmalade or locust and optionally a walnut kernel, then roll on a muffin. They are arranged in a tray of baking paper, topped with a broken egg yolk with a drop of water and a drop of oil and sprinkled with crystal sugar. Bake in a moderate oven - about 220 degrees to redness and standby. They are very delicious, fluffy and are suitable for both dessert and breakfast!
