Surprisingly good spinach bread!
- 1 / 2 bread dough cube
- 1 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 packet baler
- 2 full-sized anthrax
- 1 hr

Dissolve yeast with sugar and a little water to burst, add salt with baking powder, water and water ... start adding half of the flour. Add the salt. Then divide into 2 parts, one part is a bit less than half the mixture and the other is slightly larger than half ... In the smaller part add the spinach puree and mix with some of the remaining flour. The other part also dazzles with the rest of the flour. Finally separate the oil or the bumper into 2 parts and add to each of the parts and mix until it is absorbed by the dough. The 2 test is one white and the other green. Allow to thrice to triple the volume.
Then they are rolled onto a sheet slightly larger than the shape of the baking pan. They are placed one on top of each other and topped with oil or puff. Then cut into triangles and turn on buns that you arrange in the greased tray. If desired, you can top with an egg and sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds. Leave again to fill up the pan and bake in a moderate oven until ready. A healthy and original colored bread is obtained.
