Surprise your loved ones with "Chess Cake" - interesting and delicious!
Products for swamps:
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- h cup of flour
- 1 vanilla
- 3-4 tablespoons of cocoa
- about 500-600 ml of water or fresh milk
- 1 vanilla
- sugar to taste ... I put around a 1 cup

For assembling and plastering the cake, you need 500 g sugar-crusted cream to taste, but if you will decorate with cream, I advise you to take 600 gr. Cream to get you for the decoration!
For decoration ... at will - you can color the cream and spraying, sprinkle with ground nuts, ripen a chocolate gown, put pile of marmalade or fruit jam in cream dots, put on edible flowers or any other things to decorate cakes !
Break down 3 eggs with 1 / 2 cup of sugar with a mixer until a thick creamy mixture is added, add vanilla and 1 / 2 cup of flour and mash up with a spoon slowly to keep the dough from falling. Pour in a cake tray pre-coated with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at about 180 degrees, according to the oven, until ready.
After we remove the swamps from the oven, we turn on paper and let it go. In the same way the second blade is prepared, only with the difference that it is placed here cocoa before flour and reduce the amount of flour with as much as cocoa, so as not to become a harder swamps. As the marsh gets out we prepare our syrup by mixing water or milk with sugar and vanilla and welding.
Once the swamps have settled, they are placed on top of each other and the circular cuts of uniformly thicker sherds are begun until it reaches the center. We divide the white and brown swamp, already cut into different circles.
We smash our cream with sugar. The assembling of the cake starts with the outermost circumference of one of the marshes in the tortilla. Brush the inside of it with cream and sprinkle with nuts if you want and can add pieces of jam or marmalade ... then take the next largest circle, but the swamps of opposite color and stick to the inside of the already placed circle in the plate . Again we smear with cream and nuts ... and so alternate the size and color of the circles until the first row of the cake is filled.
Then syrup well and spread the entire first floor of the cake with cream, nuts, jam ... and start the 2 floor of the cake in the same way as we alternate in size and color in the circles. Obtained on each bright circle of the first row of the cake is dark on the second row and vice versa. Then the second row of the cake is also syrupy and it is smeared whole with cream. The decoration remains to you!
The cake is very tasty and very effective because when cut, pieces of chess squares in light and brown are produced. It is good to stay overnight in the refrigerator to take the syrup cake or to syrup more abundantly if it is consumed the same day.
